Meet Trisha

Trisha is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated with honours from Camosun Colleges’ Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy program. She achieved high academic standards both in her theory and practical coursework, gratefully receiving the highest GPA award. After 6 years of private practice in Victoria, B.C., Trisha’s curiosity of the detailed functions of the human body has led her to pursue a 5-year post-graduate diploma at the Canadian School of Osteopathy (Manual Practice) in Vancouver, B.C. Each year, she plans to continue to dive further into this holistic approach at finding health and improving the lives of the clients she works with.

Trisha strongly believes in treating the whole person. A thorough assessment enables her to assist the body’s own biological process to treat the root of the dysfunction. Through knowledge and a gentle touch, treatments are designed to restore mobility to each problemed area in order to create lasting balance in the physical body.

Not just athletes seek her services. As a clinical Exercise Physiologist, Trisha works with men and their partners before, during and after treatment for prostate cancer to help reduce the side effects of both cancer and it’s treatments. Developing Vancouver Island’s only community based exercise program for prostate cancer and it’s partners in Victoria, B.C.

Serving the Cowichan Valley.
